Elaine Farrell and Leanne McCormick are both History Professors and authors. Their best-selling book in 2023 “Bad Bridget: Crime, Mayhem and the Lives of Irish Emigrant Women” is a masterpiece of social history and true crime. Their presentation at Immrama, will narrate some of the journeys and stories of these women in America. Some lived peaceful lives but others found themselves in very difficult situations.
